A hundred people received a word-for-word identical message. Some of them are in the same chats — and the text surfaces there as a screenshot. Both people and software notice.
How variants work
Alternatives go into the text: «Hello|Good afternoon|Hi». One is chosen at send time. A few such points produce dozens of dissimilar messages from one template.
Variants can nest, but do not overdo it: text assembled from twenty branches starts reading badly in half the combinations. Check what comes out, not only what you wrote.
Where to vary
- The greeting — the most visible repetition.
- The phrasing of the substance — the words, not the meaning.
- The closing question.
Where it does not help
Variation does not save a bad message. If it reads as an advert, it reads that way in every variant. And it does not substitute for relevance: a hundred versions of addressing nobody still address nobody.
What matters more
Pace and pauses. An account sending twenty different messages in a minute is more suspicious than one sending identical text at a human rhythm — how many messages a day.
How Neurogram does this
Everything above is manual work that runs into the number of hours in a day. Neurogram does it on your own accounts and without you: it collects channels and audiences, writes comments and replies with a language model, and keeps limits and quiet hours so the accounts survive. See pricing or look at your case.
