A niche with a high order value, constant demand and hard constraints. The constraints matter more: a breach here costs more than the traffic is worth.
What is not allowed
- Diagnosing or recommending treatment in chat. That is medical practice, and it cannot be conducted in a chat by a person, still less by automation.
- Promising treatment outcomes. Explicitly prohibited by advertising rules for medical services.
- Discussing a specific person's condition publicly. Confidentiality extends to comments.
What is allowed
General educational answers: how a procedure works, how methods differ, what to look at when choosing. An invitation to an appointment rather than advice is the only correct ending to any answer.
Where to look
City and district chats, parent groups, interest communities. The niche is local: the audience is capped by geography, volumes are modest, and the order value and repeat visits are high.
The role of automation
First reply and booking: opening hours, address, how to get there, what to bring. Anything touching a patient's condition goes to a person — and that has to be enforced in configuration rather than left to the model's discretion.
The profile
Clinic name, licence, address, phone. Medicine is checked more carefully than anything else, and missing details read as a reason not to come. Constraining automation is on the automation page.
