Education sells in waves: there are months when people decide and months when nobody does. All the planning is built around that.
Seasonality
Peaks in late summer, early January and early September. Troughs in midsummer and over the winter holidays. Intake starts a month before a peak: at the peak it is already late — accounts will not have warmed and people decide in advance.
Where to look
Parent chats by school and class, exam preparation communities, professional communities if the school is for adults. The niche splits by the student's age: children are reached through parents, adults directly.
What to write
An answer about method or preparation rather than an invitation to a course. Parent chats are especially sensitive to advertising and react quickly and harshly. A genuinely useful answer, on the other hand, gets forwarded.
The role of the channel
More important here than in most niches: buying education is a slow, checked decision. A channel with teardowns and student outcomes works as continuous proof.
What to automate
Finding venues, the first reply, and answers to standard questions about schedule and price — everyone asks those and asks them identically. Conversations about a specific child are better handled personally. Planning intake across the year is in the annual plan piece.
