Rates go up on arithmetic, not on request: the programme compares what it earns on your traffic with what it pays you. Your job is to show that gap.
What to show
Volume over a period: players per month and how steady that is. Quality: what share deposits again and how long they stay. Geo and source, specifically — not «social media».
All of it from your own records rather than their dashboard: they already have their numbers, and yours prove you are steering the process — see how to collect them.
What does not work
«Competitors pay more» with no figures. Promises of volume that has not happened. A threat to leave in week one. All of it is a conversation without a subject.
When to ask
After two or three months of steady work, not after one good week. Steadiness is the argument: a predictable partner is worth more than a spectacular one.
What else is negotiable
The rate is not the only parameter. Hold length, the qualifying deposit, payout frequency and access to specific promos are all on the table. Sometimes a shorter hold gives you more than a higher rate, because it frees working capital.
What affects what: hold and payouts.
What not to do for a rate
Inflate volume with junk traffic. It shows in month one through player behaviour, and instead of a raise you get a review — see fraud and withheld payouts.
