Proxies fail. The question is not whether but what you do in the next five minutes — and that is where it is easy to cause more damage than the failure did.
First: do not connect the account directly
The most expensive mistake. The hand reaches to switch the proxy off and «finish the rest», and the account appears on the network from your home address. To Telegram that is an instant change of country and device — exactly the picture the proxy existed to prevent.

Second: stop the work

Fourth: replace like with like

Fifth: bring the load back slowly
Let the account sit connected once the link is restored, then start at half the usual volume. The rest of the list will keep. The account might not.
Preparing in advance
