Programmes supply a kit: banners, landing pages, copy. You can use it, as long as you know what it is good and bad at.
Why ready-made is good
It is approved. It contains no promises that will come back at you and it does not breach the operator's own rules. At the start that saves time and removes a class of risk.
Why ready-made is bad
Everyone uses it. An audience sees the same banner from ten affiliates and response falls for all of them. Second, the material is built for an average audience while you work a specific one.
What to rewrite first
The opening message. It decides whether a conversation happens, and it has to read as a person rather than a mailshot — see the first message in gambling outreach.
And the headline, if you publish on your own channel: that is written in your audience's language, not an averaged one.
What to leave as-is
The landing page, if you have none of your own. It is built for conversion and measured at volume, and almost certainly beats a homemade one.
What not to do
Do not promise a win and do not illustrate income. It breaks most programmes' rules, it is grounds for withholding payment, and it is simply untrue: gambling is built so that losing is the common outcome. 18+ and a risk note are part of the material, not decoration.
How this maps to the rules: withheld payouts.
