"Parsing" sounds technical and means something simple: automatically collecting what is already visible to anyone. The useful part is knowing exactly where the boundary sits, because a good deal is promised on the other side of it.
What is genuinely available
Channels and chats
Name, description, subscriber count, date of the last post, whether comments are on. This is the map of the niche and the least contentious use.
Chat members
Who belongs to an open group. The list is visible to any member unless the owner has hidden it.
People who are visibly active
Authors of chat messages, commenters under posts, people leaving reactions. Smaller lists, qualitatively different: these people are demonstrably alive and interested now.
What is not available, whatever anyone promises
A channel's subscriber list
Telegram channels do not expose one. Nobody but the owner sees it, and even then only partially. This is how the platform is built, not a difficulty a clever tool routes around.
So any offer to "export the subscribers of any channel" is worth reading carefully: either it means something else, or it is untrue.
What does exist is the discussion group attached to a channel. Its members are a subset of subscribers — and a particular subset: the ones engaged enough to have written something. Smaller in volume, better in quality.
Silent readers
Somebody who reads and never acts is invisible by any method. That is the majority of any channel's audience.
Contact details
Phone, email, real name — only what a person published themselves.
Where the line is
Data being public does not make every use of it acceptable. A chat member list is collected legitimately; a mass identical message sent to it is still spam, produces complaints and ends in restricted accounts.
The workable use is usually gentler: knowing where the audience sits, it is more sensible to go there and take part than to write to each person. Lower response per person, and no risk to anything.
What parsing does not solve
- It does not find people ready to buy. A list of chat members is a list of chat members.
- It does not replace the offer. If it is unclear why you are needed, no list helps.
- It does not produce data that does not exist.
