Public Offer

1. General provisions

This public offer (hereinafter — the Offer) is the official proposal of the Neurogram service (hereinafter — the Service) to enter into a service agreement on the terms set out below. By registering with the Service, the User fully and unconditionally accepts the terms of the Offer.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Service provides the User with access to software for automating marketing actions in the Telegram messenger: generating comments and messages with AI, collecting public data (parsing), and distributing tasks across the User's accounts.

3. Price and payment

• Services are provided on a subscription basis for the selected period (week, month, 3 months, year).
• Payment is made in advance via the available payment systems.
• Access is activated after payment is confirmed and is valid for the paid period.

4. Refunds

Refunds for an unused period are considered individually upon a request to support. Funds for an already used period are non-refundable.

5. User obligations

• The User uses the Service independently, at their own risk and in accordance with the laws of their jurisdiction and Telegram's rules.
• The User uses their own Telegram accounts and bears full responsibility for their safety and any possible restrictions or bans.
• Using the Service for spam, fraud or distributing prohibited content is forbidden.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service does not guarantee specific results and is not liable for Telegram's actions regarding the User's accounts, including their restriction or ban. The Service is provided «as is».
