This Agreement governs the use of the Service — the website, the Telegram automation software and related services. By using the Service, you agree to comply with its terms.
1. Definitions
- User — a person registered with the Service and using its functionality.
- Service — Neurogram: the website, software, API.
- Content — any materials placed in the Service (text, code, images, etc.).
- Services — automation features, technical support, access to the platform.
2. Registration and access
- The Service may be used after registration and payment of a subscription.
- The User must provide accurate information and keep passwords, tokens and session files secret.
- Actions performed through the User's Telegram account are carried out on their behalf — the responsibility lies with the User.
3. Intellectual property rights
- All rights to the Service, code, design and content belong to the Administration.
- The User may use the Service only for its intended purpose, without modification, decompilation or commercial redistribution.
- Ideas and improvement suggestions submitted by the User may be used by the Administration without compensation obligations.
4. Payment and reimbursement
- The Service operates on a subscription (SaaS) model.
- Payment is made in advance. Refunds for an already used period are not provided; disputes are considered individually upon a request to support.
- No compensation is guaranteed for a Telegram account ban, loss of data or access for reasons beyond the Service's control.
5. Liability and disclaimer of warranties
- The Service is not liable for bans, loss of accounts, channels, funds, contacts or reputational damage.
- The User understands that automation may conflict with Telegram's rules and uses the Service at their own risk.
- The Service is provided «as is», without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Indemnification
The User undertakes to compensate the Service for damages (including legal costs) in the event of third-party claims related to their use of the Service, breach of the Agreement or intellectual property rights.
7. Termination and blocking
- The Administration may suspend or terminate access to the Service in case of breach of terms or attempts to interfere with the system.
- If the User breaches the terms, access may be blocked without a refund.
8. Changes to the terms
The Administration may amend the Agreement. The updated version is published on the website; continued use of the Service means acceptance of the current version.

10. Applicable law
The Agreement is governed by applicable law. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, if agreement cannot be reached, in accordance with applicable law. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain in force.
11. Entire agreement
This Agreement and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
